Radlight respects your privacy. We only collect the information necessary to process your order, such as your name, shipping address, and email.
- We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
- Data may be shared with trusted service providers (Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers) to fulfill your order.
- If you are a California resident, you have the right to access, request deletion, or opt out of the “sale” of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Domestic Shipping: We ship from Minnesota using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery times vary based on destination but usually ships in 3–7 business days (post processing).
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.
Warranty + Returns
Radlight products are engineered to perform in demanding environments.
- Coverage: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or fuel-related issues are not covered.
- Claims: Email info@radlight.co with proof of purchase and photos of the issue to begin a claim.
- Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Process: Contact info@radlight.co to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
